The SP Powerbar DUO makes you love your GoPro again. Once you use your GoPro battery, you can swap with a fresh one and the SP Powerbar DUO will start charging the old one. You’ll always have fresh batteries for your GoPro Hero 3 or 3+. That’s all good. But here is what makes this product so cool. If you are not charging your GoPro batteries, you can use this unit to charge your smart phone or iPad or any other device that plugs in with a USB charging cable. Think of this unit as a charging station on the go. It will easily charge your smartphone or tablet device. When back at the hotel, it will charge itself as well as two GoPro batteries at the same time. Charge time is long for the Powerbar unit, but remember, it is not only charging the GoPro batteries, but the internal battery as well.

Push the power button and it gives charge level status for both GoPro batteries and the internal battery. The SP Powerbar comes with a cloth bag and USB cable. GoPro batteries are not included but available on the GoPro website. Don’t buy the GoPro dual battery charger, save your money and buy the SP powerbar instead. You won’t regret it.
