How to Install Acerbis Handguards with LED Turn Signals (pg. 2)
After removing the Acerbis center strip and exposing where the LED Light Strip will go, drill a hole next to the area where the LED light strips clips in.
This allows enough room for the wires to go through easily.

I removed most of the wiring for the super clean look. Make sure to keep as much wire necessary for maintenance and servicing.
On my bike the green wire is ground and the black is hot. Test everything before finalizing your setup.
Pull the wiring through all of the pieces before attaching to the light strip.
Each piece in the correct order facing the correct direction is soldered, taped and tested again for final assembly.
After all handguard screws are back in place. The turn signals have already been tested and I’m ready to mount the new handguards on the bike.
Here is one side after final adjustments and mounting. The wire is tucked nicely behind and under the handguard.
I just love the fresh new clean look.
